I had an appointment with Dr. Natalia Aksamentov at TSO for the first time and I was very impressed. The whole process was wonderful! Easy, friendly check-in and minimal waiting for the doctor. The optometry techs Hannah and Giselle were great and Dr. Natalia Aksamentov was amazing. Giselle made sure that I was well informed and prepared me for the doctor. I had an examination which was different than any other exam I have had in the past from other facilities. I usually have to get my eyes dilated for the doctor to get a good view of my eyes but she was able to view my eyes without dilating them. The technology and expertise of the doctor and staff were amazing. The doctor took the time to explain all the results and options and spent extra time explaining new options that might be available. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Aksamentov, Hannah and Giselle. I highly recommend her.

I just moved to this area and I cannot thank the staff at TSO for a pleasant experience. Madison was very professional on scheduling my appointment in a timely manner and helping me figure out my copay and coverage, Genevieve listened to my complaints as she examined me and made sure to verify each issue and answer any questions I might have before moving me on to the doctors exam, and Dr Aksamentov was very thorough with the screening and explanation of what she saw. She helped me understand everything and eased any worries I might have had. As for my frames, Hannah was awesome at recommending the best fit and style for me, and she helped me find a pair that I truly loved! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great, professional experience in a timely manner!

Dr. Sarah Byrnes and her staff were all amazing. Their services were time efficient and professional. She answered all my questions and was patient with my 5 years old. Jade was also nice with him and made his first eye exam much easier. Elle was very nice and helpful, helped us pick the right frame and material for me and my son and made sure it will be covered by the insurance. Their quick appointments and availability on Saturdays were pros too. I decided to try a new optometrist and with our positive first experience, I would definitely return to our next annual exam and highly recommend them for everyone!
