I went in for a Special Price on the Eye Exam. The Dr. Had prescribed me Progressive Lenses. I Sat with Izzy. She gave me my options and pricing upfront. She also gave the option for free frames. I told her that I just want the prescription and want to shop arround. Zoey, the optician assisted me in ordering my glasses and sunglasses. She went above and beyond to get me a great deal/discount since I was self pay. Right away when she greeted me, she gave me a huge smile and had such a gentle and friendly demeanor about her. TSO staff are all very friendly and greet their customers right away when they come into the store which makes for a great first impression. I have been with them the last couple years and I will continue to go to them for my eye care and services.

We have gone to Texas State Optical for a couple of years now as a family and we have always had a positive experience. However, one recent experience was so positive that it caused me to take the time to write a review. We were recently relocated out of the country on a work assignment and I needed to order a large quantity of contacts before we left. When I went to place the order I found out that our HR had made a mistake and our insurance was already cancelled. Natalie took the time to work with my insurance company to get everything back to where it needed to be. She literally spent hours on the phone back and forth with them. The insurance was finally fixed just days before we were supposed to leave the country and Natalie worked with multiple contact companies to make sure I received the shipment of contacts I needed before I left. She even spoke with office staff on her day off to make sure I was taken care of. I was so impressed with Natalie and I am so extremely grateful for the high level of customer service she provided.
